Vma's Applesauce Muffins recipe

Good for you, too!  I am considering trying to substitute a little more applesauce in place of some of the butter, but haven't tried it yet.  It uses up your apples from apple picking, and it also makes your house small SO GOOD!

Sooo much has happened...

..
since I posted here last!

I moved to Yonkers and attended Purchase College and got a 4.08 while obtaining my Art Management Degree.

I moved back to Albany and started a gallery.

I had to close my gallery after taking custody of my two (little) grandkids (I will do nothing halfway).

I realized what was really important in life.

So I'm back!  I have made lots of new stuff, and will be creating again as time/kids permit.

New Blog YadaYada

This is just the beginning. I've had blogs before but for purely profit-driven reasons. This one is all for me, and a little for you.

I feel extremely misunderstood in this world, and wonder if it's due to my own personal defects or the degeneration of the world as a whole.

I am an artist studying Gallery Management at Hudson Valley Community College and then Arts Management somewhere else locally and hopefully on to a Master's somewhere NOT local.
I spent the last 19 years of my life raising two children that did not turn out as I planned but I have faith that they will be just fine. I am going to be a grandmother and love my grandchild already but am extremely disappointed that he is coming now and not in a few years. I'm not ready at all so this grandchild will not be getting my best and am resentful of my beloved daughter for that but am working through it.

I am finding myself at 41. I am happily in love with a very patient and long-suffering Ray Noble and we hope to get married after I get at least two of the degrees I am working on.

We live Troy, NY and just moved into a fixer-upper and haven't been out much since because we are fixing-up....

I am very creative and resourceful and environmentally-conscious for the most part so you will see alot of this manifest in my exploits/creations.

I love paper mache and acrylic paint and aspire to make an awesome rag rug as soon as my hands are able... they are so busy with everything else!
